Nonini Album – The Intro (Haunijui) GetMziki Exclusive

This is the double up to the 3rd Nonini album. This is the intro to that album which will be coming out sometime in March. I am posting this song coz I have a general bias towards this track, I think this track should sit alone as number 2 or number 4 on the album. Nonini and team please put this track somewhere – this joint is a banger. I am not sure who is singing the hook but whoever it is ako na sauti.

Roddy called me out on this track so I had to made edits chap chap – Thanks Roddy

The realness of the lyrics and the mood this track puts you in is sick – Nonini has a way of saying things that I can relate to, things that are relevant and I think thats what makes him and his work special. Ill continue to salute your work so long as you keep churning out hit after hit… Big up.. Enjoy the track!

This track is to the Intro of the “Mwisho Ya Mawazo” album, it came out in 07 i believe, It’s also on the Intro to the Song with Ngoni “Love To Party” video.

U right the lyrics are tight especially when he says “Ati Nonini siku hizi amenona, Swali ni kwani nini we umekonda?” LOL

i love artists like nonini i.e you can see how the artist has learned and matured musically. he(nonini) has become more thoughtful and creative and thats what you want from an artist, dont forget this is the same nonini who did songs like manzi wa nairobi and keroro and now he is giving u a song like this one with more meanigful lyrics. the guy has evolved and matured the more he has been in the game and i give him props for that.

ehh Manze, Iza Jo, sikuwa nataka kukuchomea mbele ya wadhii, Star. My fault. Lakini venye umesema, Nonini alikuwa anakupandisia.

Kwanza niliskia Kisanga ingine that DNA has officially left Jomino and has a record out with Ulopa Already. Although i’m not feeling that (DNA) track.

    Pamoja Jo

This is actually the last song on “Mwisho ya Mawazo” Nonini’s sophomore effort. Its definately the best song in the whole album, hands down!! I just played it while on my lunch break…. “talent ile iko ndani ya hii mwilie jo ni ka mwea…tebere irrigation scheme ndio uwaga inanilea….” a very big tune!!!
