We have been toying the idea about starting a new feature called FACEOFF which will put two artists toe to toe on a basic poll. The idea is not to discredit one artist vs the other but rather to measure the value of different music against one another based on sound, lyrical flow, composition and song writing. Please let us know what you think about this feature as the site generally progresses.
To start off this feature we will showcase these two new tracks, one by Mejja titled “Niko Poa” and the other by Madtraxx titled “Poa” (Kamko Poa). The Mejja track is slightly newer so not too many people are bound to have heard it. But either way Clemos capabilities are clearly heard through the track – putting that against a similarly titled track (Madtraxx – Poa) that has been killing radio for a few months only seems right.
Please place your vote, let us know what you think… which of the two sounds better

Madtrax poa has a better hook compared to mejja’s. Both tracks though have a good story line to add on that the narration and humor is on point in both traacks…
Mejja definately jamaa ana alter ego bana! Okwokwo!
Wawawawa…Mejja does it again…I think Madtraxx has some interesting punch lines that stand out and some other parts of his song are not too memorable…Mejja’s lyrics are like a good book…you can’t wait to turn the page…the flow is sick…he doesn’t miss a beat…and of course Clemo: his moti is automatic, doesn’t need shifted
how do i download the tracks?
I like this Mejja dude. I fucks wit him. Jua cali better watch out.
Lemme analyze the two tracks:
Lyricism
Mejja : 8/10
Maddtraxx: 7/10
Humor
Mejja: 7/10 “Mihogo zangu zilifika?” LOL
Madd: 7.5/10″**clicks** hachukui simu,natumekuja kencom usiku..mbwa hii….”LOL
Storytelling
Mejja 10/10
MaddTraxx : 10/10
Beat:
Mejja: 8/10
Madd: 9.5/10
OVERALL: Maddtraxx’s is badder
Mejja is more true to the beat.
mejja wins this battle purely on his lyrics. no further arguements. the guy is a genious in making lyrics that relate to people.
madtrax ni mnoma tho ata mejja, it’s so hard to choose. only tht mejja’s is alil newer and it’s catchy. but both tracks are off the hook. i give both of them 9/10. they both got sm room to improve
none other can do it better than mejja-sick poisonous flow, sick beats, sick rhymes.need i say more, clearly….
Mejja – nuff sed. His ease on the mic makes it sound like he’s telling a story to a buddy. Madtraxx sounds like he’s ‘rapping’.
Mejja aka Okonkowo!! I was mad when the story ended….thats just how good that flow is..genius!
Both tracks are top notch which was hard for me choose…i go with Madtrax becoz story. Mejja’s beat which is catchy, i think was sampled from a classic song from Diana Ross – It’s my house
ngoma is sawa
Trying to download that Okonkwo track…can yall like put it u p please!?…
I to a great exent agree with Locom that Madd kwachuad Mejja on the beat. I heard poa way before Meja’s and I must say that my system gave equal attention to both but…wawawa this is a close tie, but to crunch it I think Mejja’s dialogue is funnier while Madd’s storyline is more directional. Therefore in terms of the storification Mejja Okw. had a dialogue that was hilarious while Madd had a narration..does all these make sense? Yeah but that is how I get the vibe
[...] it’s been on the request lines for a few months now. We published a faceoff challenge between Mejja – Niko poa and Mad Traxx – Poa a while back. However I didnt realize that we didn’t have any download options for the two [...]
Mejja has a lyrical command unmatched by no other in the industry, including Juacali…yes i’ve said it.He came, he spit mad rhymes, and he’s conquering.
