To say that Bamboo has lost the formula of making hit records is like saying like saying fires hot, but a lot of people out there have one simple request. Can we get some of that vintage “African Bantu back”.
Bamboo’s latest feature may not be perfect or unique, but we are all hoping that this could be a sign of great things to come on the new album.
Bamboo and Collo both provide great lyrics, but the beat coupled with the whole “Naija” lane was not doing it for me. Don’t get it wrong, I’m not saying it’s a bad record. I’m just saying that it sounds like so many “Naija-Esq” records out there that are specifically made as radio friendly tracks. According to Bamboo “Kabich Karat” is the way the booty causes friction in the rear jurisdiction!!.
I could see this getting mad spins , but its not for me. While there’s no word yet on his new album, we’ll be sure to keep you supplied with all the latest tunes from the duo.
