Kenzo, widely known for his record “Mama Milka” is one of the artists I’ve never figured out. Maybe his whole brand is the whole ‘out of the box” lane which works for some artists. I’m not saying it’s a bad thing, but consistency and a musical lane always speaks volumes on an artist’s vision.
I don’t like comparing artists, but one of the biggest superstar in Bongo music right now found his lane and has been consistently giving fans out there hits after hits.
My own personal opinion is that Kenzo is an artist who has the talent but is still lacking to find out what works best for him and running with it. “Kidogo Tu” is a decent record that finds Ogopa dj’s venturing into some futuristic sounds with some touch of the classic Ogopa djs kick and snare arrangement. I’ve been bumping to this record for a few days now which speaks volumes on this record. Give it a few spins and see if you like what you hear. The hook is definitely catchy and perfectly captures the idea behind the song.
