We haven’t featured many Uganda tracks on GetMziki and in the next few weeks we will start showcasing some of the music from Uganda making the rounds on the radio, TV or the streets (On a side note: I hope the “Migingo Island” situation can be resolved quickly before things get out of hand).
Blu 3 is probalably one of the best girls singing group from Uganda (The Uganda media refers to them as the “Uganda Destiny Child” ) and although they have gone through a series of “changes” in thier line up, they are still giving thier fans good quality music. They were also recently named the goodwill ambassadors for the International Organisation of Migration (IOM), where they talk about and shed light on human trafficking.
On this song they enlisted the help of Radio and Weasel who are best known for thier smash single “Zuena” for a great collabo. Enjoy!!!!!!
