Funny how time flies….
We first featured Vanessa Mdee as a solo artist with “Closer” at the beginning of this year. The record took a while to break through but everybody caught on it much later on.
I’m a huge personal fan of her music. There’s something to her records that just sit well with me. Her songs really never gravitate to me immediately but the longer I listen to them the more they get spins on my ipod. She best describes her music as “Sharing my love of music with you is the best way to convey my message that everything is possible and that we have to live in order for our dreams to come true”
I’m really also liking the whole EA trend of getting good promo visuals for their songs. It’s something I’ve always encouraged and talked about in various music forums.
